Copyright Policy

How to report content that infringes your copyright, and how we respond.

Our Policy

We respect the intellectual property of others and expect everyone who uses our website to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), and we remove or disable access to infringing material, including photos and text people post in product reviews.

Copyright Agent

Send copyright notices and counter-notices to our designated agent:

Agent: Copyright Agent, JYH TECHNOLOGIES - FZCO

Address: DSO-IFZA, IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE

Email: contact@hyperoutfits.com

Please put "DMCA Notice" in the subject line so your notice reaches the right person quickly.

What to Include in a Notice

Your notice must include:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or of a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
  • Identification of the material you believe is infringing, with enough detail for us to find it, such as a link to the page.
  • Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

We may share your notice, including your contact details, with the person who posted the material.

Counter-Notices

If we removed material you posted and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send our Copyright Agent a counter-notice that includes:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before it was removed.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal district court for the judicial district of your address (or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which HyperOutfits may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice or their agent.

We will forward your counter-notice to the person who sent the original notice. Unless they tell us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action, we may restore the material 10 to 14 business days after we receive your counter-notice.

Repeat Infringers

In appropriate circumstances, we close the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.

Misrepresentation

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
